Refund & Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery services, all purchases made through CloudVixo are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered successfully.

However, we provide a limited replacement guarantee under specific conditions.


1. 3-Day Replacement Guarantee

Every Gmail account purchased from CloudVixo includes a 3-Day Replacement Guarantee starting from the delivery time.

If an account becomes inaccessible within 3 days due to an issue not caused by the customer, we will provide a replacement account after verification.


2. Eligible for Replacement

Replacement requests may be approved if:

  • The account credentials do not work upon delivery
  • The account is inaccessible within the guarantee period
  • Recovery information provided is incorrect
  • The issue is verified by our support team

3. Replacement Will NOT Apply If

The guarantee becomes void if:

  • The customer changes recovery information/password improperly
  • The account is used for spam, abuse, or policy violations
  • Suspensions occur because of unusual activity from the customer side
  • The account is shared with multiple users/devices irresponsibly
  • The issue happens after the 3-day guarantee period

4. No Refund Policy

CloudVixo does not offer monetary refunds for successfully delivered digital products or services.

Instead, eligible cases may receive:

  • Account replacement
  • Technical assistance
  • Re-delivery support

5. Request Time Limit

All replacement requests must be submitted within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.

Late requests may not be accepted.


6. Verification Requirement

To process a replacement request, customers may need to provide:

  • Order ID
  • Screenshot/video proof
  • Clear explanation of the issue

False or misleading claims may result in support denial.


7. Processing Time

Approved replacements are usually processed within 1–24 hours, depending on support availability.


8. Fraud & Abuse Protection

CloudVixo reserves the right to reject requests involving:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of replacement policy
  • Attempted scams or chargebacks
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
